Privacy notice

This site does one thing: it lets you join the hrgraph mailing list. This notice covers that, and nothing else — there are no accounts here, and no product yet.

Who is responsible

The data controller is Peritus slf., Iceland. For anything in this notice, write to privacy@hrgraph.ai.

What we collect

Your email address — and only if you confirm it. We use double opt-in: when you submit the form we send one confirmation email and store nothing. The pending signup exists only as a signed, expiring token inside the link in that email. If you never click it there is no record of you anywhere, and the token stops working after seven days.

When you do click, your address and the date you confirmed are added to our mailing list. No name, no company, no profile, and no tracking identifier tied to your address.

Why, and on what basis

To email you about hrgraph. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by confirming and can withdraw at any time. We do not share or sell the list, and we do not use it for anything else.

Who else processes it

Resend sends the email and holds the list. Resend is based in the United States, so confirming means your address is transferred outside the EEA, under the safeguards Chapter V of the GDPR requires. Vercel hosts this site and processes the request data any web server sees, including your IP address, in order to serve pages and keep the service running.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics: aggregate page counts, no cookies, no cross-site tracking, and no third-party marketing pixels. It is never joined to a mailing-list address and it cannot identify you.

Alongside page counts we record a small set of anonymous events, so we can tell whether the page works: that someone opened the graph, which capability they looked at, that a signup was submitted, sent, failed (with the reason), or confirmed. These are counters. They never carry your email address, the contents of any field, or anything else that could identify you — a rule the build enforces rather than promises.

What this site stores in your browser

One thing, and only if you use the light/dark switch: a preference called hrgraph-theme, kept in your browser's local storage so the site remembers your choice. It never leaves your device and identifies nothing. There are no cookies on this site.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe. An unconfirmed signup is kept for no time at all — there is nothing to keep.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, or receive it in a portable form. Every email we send carries an unsubscribe link that removes you immediately, and you can write to privacy@hrgraph.ai at any time. If you think we have handled your data badly you can complain to your supervisory authority — in Iceland that is Persónuvernd.

Employee and candidate data

None of it is here. This site has no database and processes nothing but the address above. In the hrgraph product, a person's skills reach an employer only when that person connects their own graph, and only while they choose to keep it connected — never by import, never by scraping, and never without them. The product will carry its own notice covering that in full when it opens.
